NYC: Fun with Nepalis Today in the Bronx

Sorry, no time to blog today.  We spent much of the day driving from my brother's place in Pennsylvania to here in New York City.  Arrived in the Bronx at about 4PM and hung out with the great people of Bronx Household of Faith. Great conversations about Bhutanese-Nepali ministry and diaspora mission in general.

After dinner, they took us to meet some of the Bhutanese families in the area.  Had a lot of fun with them.  Plan is in place for us to have a mother's day themed satsang on Sunday night.  Pray for us.  None of the families here know Christ.  This will be a great chance to share.  Pray that we'll be able to do as much as possible to equip and encourage the cross-cultural workers.  Pray for adequate translation Sunday night.  Pray for open hearts and minds.

Tomorrow, begins the wedding festivities of Katherine's (my wife) cousin.  We'll be focused on that for a couple days.  I hope to have time to get some blogging done tomorrow however, so look later in the day for the next installment of my challenges for IBSA.

Blessings!
